A very good game. I've played the old trial only S&S games since the rise of Flash Games, and recently bought the S&S game on Steam for the memories. I've got to say, this is a huge step for these guys, adapting to Mobile with their game mechanics. Still the old mechanics but in your mobile. "Drinking" Luck is a new mechanic for me. Game has a few bugs, ie. when you exit a shop and go to battle, the shop appears during the card phase. But it's fixed when you close and open the game again.

The ads are horrible. Decent game, but ads ruined it. Every single time you do something it's like a constant attack of ads. The Oldest Swords and Sandals I remember was when I could pick a skeleton and give them a mohawk and shout people to death... now... not so much fun. I wish for the old flash version. would been worth the money...

It wasn't bad. Got a bit repetitive after a short while. It seems like there was an ad after every fight that wasn't tournament. Nice way to convince someone to buy no ads, I guess. Just turning off Wi-Fi and mobile data accomplished no ads just fine, though. I don't hate ads since it generates income for the devs, but excessive ads are just annoying. Overal a decent short time waster. Not worth investing in IMO
